Here we took out a bay window, cut out brickwork below and fitted a new bay window incorporating a pair of french doors, dug out a flower bed, concreted and laid yorkstone slabs and repointed the bay walls.

This room used to be two rooms with an inner hallway, we removed one wall with a fireplace and cut out the other wall leaving 1/3 of the wall in situe, fitted necessary steels and then fitted a new hand made and hand painted kitchen, oak flooring and decorated the whole area giving a light and airy room.

A pergoda built, painted and floored by ourselves with the trellis built out of tile batonsk it weighed a ton!
